The Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It answers three questions: what’s happening today, what needs you, and how business is going.
Members see the day and the bookings, but not the money: revenue, the nightly rate, cash flow, upcoming payments and the getting-started checklist are for owners and admins.

Today

The top of the page greets you and sums up the day in a sentence: who arrives where, who’s staying and who leaves, or “A quiet day” when nothing’s happening. It counts confirmed, pending and completed bookings, and the stays synced from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.

Needs attention

Needs attention lists what you should act on now, each with a link to it: When there’s nothing to do, the box doesn’t show.

Getting started

Until your team’s first booking, owners and admins see a Get started checklist: add a listing, set prices and publish it, connect Stripe (optional), get your first booking. See Set up in 15 minutes.

The month

Pick a month with Previous month, This month and Next month. The cards show:
  • Occupancy: the share of nights you could rent that were booked;
  • Revenue: rent and fees for the nights stayed in the month (owners and admins);
  • Stays: how many stays had a night in the month;
  • Nightly rate: the average price per booked night (owners and admins);
  • Next 30 days: how many of the nights you can rent in the next 30 days are booked.
Each card except Next 30 days compares the month with the same dates a year earlier. Owners and admins can click a card to open the matching report.

Charts

  • Revenue (owners and admins): revenue per day of the chosen month. Switch between Bars and Line.
  • Booked nights: the nights booked in each of the 12 months up to the chosen month, with A year earlier as a faint line for comparison.

This week

This week shows today and the next six days’ arrivals and departures, day by day: Arrives and Leaves with the time and listing, and Changeover when a guest leaves and another arrives on the same day. Open calendar takes you to the calendar.

Inbox

The three latest guest conversations; unread ones have a dot. Open inbox opens the inbox.

Money (owners and admins)

  • Cash flow: Money in (payments, extras and deposits kept) and Money out (refunds) for the chosen month, with six months of net income as bars. For the current month, it also says how income compares with the same point last year, and what’s Projected by the month’s end from the payments already due.
  • Upcoming payments: balances, invoices and deposits due in the next 30 days, by date.
