bookings@your-domain.com instead. Guests recognise it, and it’s less likely to land in spam.
Only owners and admins can add or remove a sender email.
Before you start
- A domain you own, like
your-domain.com, and access to its DNS settings at your domain provider or registrar.
Steps
1
Add the address
Go to Settings → Domains. Under Sender email, type the part before the @ (like
bookings) and your domain (like your-domain.com), and click Add sender.2
Add the DNS records
Overviu shows the DNS records to add, each with its type, Name and Value. Copy each one into your domain’s DNS settings exactly as shown. The record marked Recommended (DMARC) isn’t needed to verify, but helps your emails reach inboxes.
3
Wait for the check
Overviu checks the records every few minutes. Each record shows Verified, Waiting or Not found. Click Check now to check straight away once you’ve added them; DNS changes can take a while to spread.
What happens next
When every required record checks out, the sender shows Verified and the next guest emails come from your address. Replies still land in your inbox.
While the sender is Pending DNS, Change address changes the part before the @.
