# Ask Overviu

> Ask how to do something in Overviu and get the steps from these guides, without leaving the app.

**Ask Overviu** answers questions about using Overviu, like "How do I connect Stripe?" or "How do guests pay the balance?". Answers come from these guides and end with a link to the guide they're from.

## Ask a question

**1. Open Ask Overviu**

Click **Ask Overviu** in the sidebar, above **Help & guides**. On a phone, tap the sparkles icon at the top of the screen.

**2. Ask**

Type your question and press Enter, or pick one of the suggested questions. The answer appears as it's written.

**3. Follow up or start over**

Ask a follow-up question and the assistant remembers what you asked before, even after you move to another page. Click **New question** to start over.

## What it knows

* It answers from these guides only. If they don't cover your question, it says so and points you here.
* It knows which page you have open and your role, so a member isn't sent to screens only owners and admins can use.
* It doesn't see your team's bookings, guests or money, so ask it how to do things, not about your data.

## How many questions

Your team can ask 50 questions a day. When they're used up, you can ask again the next day; the guides are always here.
