# The calendar

> See every listing's bookings, blocked nights and prices at a glance, and change a single day.

The **Calendar** has two views: all your listings side by side, three weeks at a time, and one listing a month at a time. Use them to see who's staying where, to add a booking or block a night, and to change the price or minimum stay of a single day.

## All listings

Open **Calendar** in the sidebar. Each listing has three rows:

* the nights: bookings as coloured bars, blocked nights in red;
* **Rate**: the price of each night;
* **Min stay**: the minimum stay for an arrival on that day.

A building shows its **Whole building** price row (when it can be booked as a whole), then each unit type with its prices and a row of nights for each of its units, so you can see which apartment each guest is in.

Move through the dates with **Today**, the arrows (one day or a week at a time) and the date picker.

### What the colours mean

Booking bars are coloured by where the booking came from:

| Colour | Source |
| - | - |
| Grey | **Manual**: you added it |
| Green | **Direct**: your booking site |
| Violet | **API** |
| Red | **Airbnb** |
| Blue | **Booking.com** |
| Light blue | **Vrbo** |
| Yellow | **Expedia** |

A red ✕ is a night you blocked. A night blocked by calendar sync shows the site's name instead, like "Airbnb". Hover over a bar to see the guest, the stay and the total.

### What you can do

The calendar's own hint sums it up: "Click to book or view · Shift-click to block · Right-click for menu".

* Click a free night to start a **New booking** for that listing (or that unit) from that day.
* Click a booking to open it.
* Shift-click a night to block it. Click a blocked night to unblock it. See [Block dates](/calendar/blocking-dates).
* Right-click a night for a menu: **View booking**, **Cancel booking**, **New booking**, **Block day**, **Unblock day** and **Open monthly view**.
* Click a price or minimum stay to change it for that one day.

## One listing, by month

Click a listing's name, or choose **Open monthly view** from the right-click menu. Switch to another listing with **Switch listing...**, and go back to all listings with **Swim Lane**.

Click a day to see its details: whether it's **Available**, **Booked** or **Blocked**, the booking on it, and buttons to **Block** or **Unblock** it or start a **New booking**. For a unit type, **Units** lists each unit with its own **Block** and **Unblock**.

To change one day, click **Edit day details** and set:

* **Spot rate**: the price for that night;
* **Min night stay**: the minimum stay for an arrival that day;
* **Closed for arrival** and **Closed for departure**: whether guests can arrive or leave that day.

Click **Save**.

## Days you've changed by hand

A day you change in the calendar is marked **Override**. It keeps your values even when you later change the listing's base prices, seasons or rules. To make it follow them again, open the day and click **Reset to rules**.
